Le 9e in Montreal

It was a pleasure to be interviewed a few weeks ago by Eric Andrew-Gee of the Globe and Mail to discuss the new restaurant, Le 9e, in Montreal. This restaurant is at the site of the former ninth floor Eaton’s art deco restaurant, open from 1931 to 1999, known as the lunch spot for well-to-do anglophone diners.
